What you are probably wondering

Concrete answers, no runaround

The most common doubts industrial machinery manufacturers have, with the same answer we would give in a meeting. If you have one that is not here, write to us: we will add it.

We already have videos of our machines. What is this for?

Video has its place, but it is linear and passive: the customer sees what the video decides and then closes it. A replica is exploratory: the customer slows down what interests them, opens the cover they want, operates the HMI and shares the URL with their boss. It generates minutes of engagement instead of seconds. And when you change the machine, the entire video has to be remade; the replica is updated precisely.

If we provide the CAD, why does it cost so much?

Starting from your CAD speeds up the project and lowers the price compared with modelling from scratch. But the CAD is only the starting point: industrial CAD has hundreds of thousands of polygons optimised for manufacturing, not for the web. The bulk of the value is in the interactive intelligence: programming every button, every animation, every HMI synchronisation, interface design, textures and multi-platform deployment.

Our machine is very technical and specific. Can it be simulated?

It is exactly the opposite: the more technical and specific the machine, the more value an interactive replica provides. A very technical machine takes longer to understand, which lengthens the sales cycle, and a very specific one cannot be explained well with generic materials. Showing the customer your concrete advantage with a tool the competition does not have is precisely where this wins.

Our CAD is old or badly organised. Does it still work?

This is a very common situation in companies with products that go back decades. We work with CAD in any condition: if you have modern 3D (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, Inventor), we start from there; if you only have old 2D or the file is fragmented, we complement it with photos of the real machine and a visit to your facilities. The final quality is the same; what changes is our initial dedication, which is included in the scope and timeline with no surprises.

We already work with a communications agency. Does this replace it?

No, it is complementary. Generalist agencies handle branding, web and catalogues; we specialise in interactive digital replicas of industrial machinery. In fact, we work white-label or as a technical partner when the customer prefers. We build the interactive digital asset; your agency continues to handle the editorial strategy.

What about the intellectual property of our machines?

We sign an NDA before receiving any CAD file or documentation. All the material we generate — 3D models, code, screenshots — is 100% yours, with no usage restrictions. Hosting on European infrastructure with GDPR compliance, encrypted transfer and secure data deletion at the end. If you need specific conditions, we adapt them.

What if in two years we want to change something? Do we depend on you?

You are not tied in. All the code is delivered with you as owners. We use Flutter, Google's open-source framework, with no licences or closed technologies: any studio can continue the project. We offer fixed-fee annual maintenance contracts and, if you need it, code custody by an independent third party. You decide.

Could we do this internally with an intern or junior profile?

It is technically possible. In practice, we see that a project like this done internally requires 4 to 8 person-months if you want professional quality: optimised modelling, interactivity programming, multi-platform integration, deployment and maintenance. A junior profile can deliver something in 3 months, but with quality limitations that you would not take to an international trade fair or a top customer. If your internal team has the profiles and free time, perfect. If you need to solve it in under 8 weeks with quality good enough to show to Procter & Gamble or equivalent, we are a reasonable shortcut.

Does it work without an internet connection?

The native tablet App works offline once installed, ideal for trade fairs and plant visits where Wi-Fi is problematic. The WebApp needs a connection because it runs in the browser, and is the option for your corporate website and for sharing by URL with leads.

How do we measure whether the investment works?

We propose a three-level metrics framework agreed at the start: activity (visits, time on page, sessions per agent), sales conversion (qualified leads, proposal rate, sales cycle) and financial impact (attributable volume, avoided trips, support hours saved). Review after 6 months with real data. If the numbers do not work, we rethink it.

Are you a young company? What happens if something happens to you in 2–3 years?

Fair question, concrete answers. First: all source code is delivered as your property. Second: we use Flutter, open source from Google, with no proprietary dependencies: any studio can continue. Third: we offer a code escrow agreement if you need it, with an independent third party that delivers the files to you in any eventuality. Supplier continuity is not a blocking risk because the asset remains your property from day one.

How long does it take to be ready?

A Sketch Demo takes 10–15 business days from the moment we have the CAD. A complete Starter Plan takes between 6 and 8 weeks. Larger projects with several modules take around 3–4 months. If you have a specific trade fair as a timing anchor, we adjust the planning to arrive with margin.

How is it paid? All upfront?

No. We distribute payment across project milestones (typically kickoff, intermediate validation and final delivery). In custom projects, payment is spread across the months of the project. No large upfront payment. If you opt for a later maintenance contract, the annual fee is fixed and predictable.
