Technical privacy information for the Elêva website and interactive demonstrator.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Elêva handles personal data and browser storage on the main website and in the interactive demonstrator.

3. Data collected through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter:
- Name
- Company
- Professional email address
- Your message about the machine or line you would like to explain better
The form can also include contextual fields such as the landing page, referrer, the CTA used, the plan selected and UTM parameters when they are present in the page URL. These values are kept only in page memory and are sent only if you submit the form.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a commercial or technical conversation and, where requested, take steps before a possible project. We do not use the form to subscribe you automatically to marketing lists.
5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Main website: it does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, sessionStorage or localStorage for attribution. The hero video, when published, is served as a local file from the same website and is not loaded from Vimeo, YouTube or another external video platform.
Interactive demonstrator: the local demonstrator uses localStorage only to remember functional interface state such as language, visual mode, panel positions and demo preferences. This storage is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The site does not load Google Fonts, Google Analytics or Google Material Symbols from Google servers.
6. Service providers and recipients
Elêva does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website, hosting and email infrastructure, acting under the corresponding service relationship. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
7. Retention
Contact data is kept only for as long as necessary to answer the request and maintain the professional relationship, and generally for no longer than two years after the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing contractual relationship.
8. Security and technical confidentiality
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to restrict access to contact and project information. CAD files and technical documentation provided for a project are handled according to the agreed project scope and, where applicable, under NDA. The public interactive experience does not expose the source CAD.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact info@elevavision.com.
10. Complaints
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, the demonstrator or the way data is handled changes. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
